We would like to work with people to establish goals that will bring them peace, comfort, and a sense of purpose. We believe that self-discovery activities can be helpful in guiding individuals through challenging thoughts and emotions that may limit goal setting, planning, and taking action.
We envision an environment where supportive techniques and philosophies--those rooted in Positive Psychology, mindfulness, Yogic philosophy, work/life balance, healthy eating and time management, etc.--cohabitate for the benefit of our coaching clients.
We deeply desire to encourage others to stay focused on their unique dreams so that we can celebrate all accomplishments with our clients.
Our plan is to set a calm and orderly tone for transitions and aid in creating positive behavioral habits to replace undesired ones, with the use of Yogic principles, mindfulness, feelings acknowledgement and identification, meaningful workouts, healthy eating and time management, and various wellness models.
