• John Griffin offers Construction Consulting Services to assist owners and builders though the construction process, providing guidance on permitting issues, construction timelines, and contract fees. His more than 25 years in the field includes:

  • Current specialization as a construction manager holding a variety of certificates in the field.
  • Former owner/manager of construction businesses in Duval and Palm Beach Counties.
  • Concrete and residential home specializations 
  • Commercial building/shopping center construction
  • Road construction, including road widening, traffic signals, cameras, disaster recovery

• Educational Advocacy--coming soon

  • Nicole provides advocacy services built on her 20 years of experience and knowledge working as a school counselor in her local school district. She has also held multiple university positions training novice school and community counselors entering the field. 

  • Part of that knowledge base includes extensive knowledge of special school based programs, including 504, IEP, & EP processes, paperwork, and timelines

  • As an advocate, Nicole encourages collaboration between parents and educators to meet the unique needs of each student

• Nicole is a former Senior Medicaid Eligibility Specialist with the Florda Department of Children and Families. She offers Medicaid Eligibility Consulting, providing guidance on paperwork submission and Medicaid Eligibility requirements.
