The results have been nothing short of incredible! After shedding an astonishing 155 pounds and overcoming a reliance on 16 medications, he was able to ditching his cane and walker, and is now a proud 5K walker and runner!

Nutrition Coaching
Our nutrition coaching services encourage an increase in healthy choices while reducing foods that are higher in calories. Coach John's sessions emphasize the value of natural foods--helping clients wean cravings for foods that can have a negative impact on health and bodily functioning. Clients learn valuable information on portion sizes, caloric intake, the importance of movement, as well as the importance of recognizing triggers that lead to unnecessary snacking and binge eating.
Personal Training
Personal training services allow clients to work toward their goals in a non-judgmental way. Coach John's supportive coaching takes each individual client's journey into account. Sessions and exercises consider each client's current experiences, environments, plus their available supports and resources. Clients will be encouraged to work at their own pace, using techniques that emphasize safety, effort, consistency, and workouts that can be incorporated into the client's current lifestyle.
